There is something white like a film covering my Cichlid's eye...How do I attach a pic to show you??

Two ways. One is upload image to image hosting site, like Photobucket, then copy image code and paste it into post. Or upload to our gallery as follows below, then copy Forum Code and paste link into post.

Just to add some information, without seeing the fish. Cloudy eyes are usually one of a few different causes. One is poor water conditions. Another is the eye getting scuffed or injured from either being spooked and darting into something in the tank or fighting or being chased. Can also happen if something in the water conditions is off, such as a drop in water temperature below a comfortable level for the species or as a secondary symptom with a fish that's ill or old and weakening.

What to do depends on the cause, but often means correcting any water problem if there is one or doing a water change and adding some salt or a little Melafix, Kanamycin, etc. if there was an injury and/or infection to the eyes.
