DiscGolfMania
I am new to Cichlids but have kept numerous reef and freshwater tanks during my life. I have a Disc Golf shop in Wichita KS where my new 55 gallon African Cichlid Tank is mounted in the wall behind my counter. I will be lurking around the forum for advice on fish selection and breeding as time goes on because my new Cichlid friends will be getting a lot of attention from customers in the store.

Hey DiscGolfMania, welcome to ACF!! wave.gif

I play regular golf, but never tried disc golf. How do you play, and what type of equipment do you need? Are there special courses?

Just wanted to say I miss Disc. I grew up a hop skip and a jump away from a park in CA. I live in Vegas now and don't have time or discs to play. Best sport around. th_38326493.gif

Yeah, There are special courses just for Disc Golf. It is played the same way as "ball golf" but you throw a disc into a basket. I think one of the black and white striped cichlids might have eggs in her mouth because she comes right up to the food and follows it around but wont eat it when the other fish chow down. Thanks for the warm welcomes.

Yep, I have been watching the suspected mother and sure enough she has a mouthfull of fry. Its amazing watching her bump her mouth against rocks and driftwood to adjust the fry inside. She is very territorial of this driftwood cave, I wonder if she is going to spit the fry out inside the cave.

Looks like a nice addition to the store. Do you get many comments on it?
