im trying to figure out how to put pic in post!!!

if you mean add an Avatar you need to go to your profile

in your profile you need to goto Edit Avatar Settings

then you can either Enter a URL to an online avatar image

or

Upload a image from your computer

if you are entering one from some where like photobucket you need to enter the Direct Link

oh and dont forget to resize to around 150 pixels
