Well, it appears that tonight is "Update Time". I hope you remember my spawn pictures of the Multies. By now they spawn like clockwork about every two weeks. I siphoned some of the fry of from one of their spawns and try to grow them out. Here is the result so far:









Here they are still with mom and dad:






and here is mom looking for food

Amazing fish and crazy camera skills!

Those pics are so crystal clear that you could
probably watch the food pass through the entire
digestive system.

They are almost like a X-Ray!

I agree with everyone - those pictures are absolutely amazing! Congrats on the fry. It's good to see that they have it figured out.

One question - aren't those altispinosa or am I thinking of a different fish?

Actually their CORRECT name is Mikrogeophagus altispinosus.

Congrats on the spawn Klaus. I've also had successful spawns of these, one of my favourite dwarf cichlids.
