Welcome! I am new to this board as well but i have gotten a bit of the feel for things on the cichlid web. i can tell you that although this site does not have as many people posting, it is serious quality over quantity. some of the other sites have more folks, but the site advisors / moderators here are the very best i have seen. they should be charging me consulting fees.
