Has anyone tried moon lights. Are most people familiar with them?

Les,
I have 2 LED's in the light strip on one of my tanks. I don't use them, because they need their own electrical connection and I don't have one available right now. I have a second light strip on the tank to adjust the light spectrum 'cuz the strip came with daylight/actinic bulbs and I hate it! But I'm too lazy to spend $50 on proper spectrum bulbs right now, so the extra light strip stays!
Tonight I will try to take a pic of the tank with just the moonlights on, and will post it before Monday.

I just have the 50/50 's.
I find they are so much better then the ordinary flouresents. Light wise.
I can't help with the moonlights. But eventually. I'ma gonna get me some.

I installed 10 blue leds in my cover. Looks pretty cool in the dark.
I used a guide from
http://www.thelebos.com, great guy to deal with.
very cheap to make and fun to do. Les i hope i can plug the site... very happy
Cap, of course you can plug the site. Besides, you are the DIY guru!
If you have a picture of the moonlights, post up!!!
I thought those would look sweet on a frontosa tank!!

Well since I have absolutely no hands on with the lighting I'll ask this silly question. can the lighting hurt the fishes sight or effect them in a bad way ?
